Kabocha Squash & Sausage Stuffing Ingredients

MEAT

[ ] 2 lbs lamb merguez sausage (get a plain lamb or pork sausage if merguez not available)

PRODUCE

[ ] 1 kabocha squash

[ ] 3 stalks celery

[ ] 1 yellow onion

PANTRY

[ ] 1 bottle olive oil

[ ] 1 jar high-quality chicken stock (housemade at your grocery store preferable, but a box is fine too!)

BAKING

[ ] 1 small bag dark brown sugar crystals (like demerara, or muscovado, or sugar in the raw. regular is fine too!)

SPICES

[ ] kosher salt

[ ] Vadouvan spice blend (can get from Spice Ace here. or Whole Spice Napa Valley here.)
